Church Plants

What We Do - Church Planting

Veritas Ministries has helped establish churches in the most remote areas of the world. Areas where the Good News of Jesus Christ had never been heard. We have planted more than 100 churches in over 30 Countries world wide. Our churches reach Central and South America, India, and Africa. We have built worship centers for some of our churches to meet, but some churches, as in the book of Acts, are made up of believers meeting in their homes to worship together. Several churches in meet in the middle of Indian jungle floors, enduring the weather and wildlife. A church is a body of believers who gather to praise and glorify God, learn more about Him and His love, focusing on taking the Good News to the community. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has reached tens of thousands who have never heard, thanks to these start-up churches.

Revivals

Veritas Ministries commits to help each church get off on the right foot. Many times, we hold kick off revivals at the new church in the community. We hold a picnic type event or work in service projects for the community to spread the word in the community about a church service focused on salvation. Capturing attention and building excitement is critical for a church to have an effective launch.

Evangelism Training

Veritas Ministries is committed to grow of each church we establish. We teach local believers to share their faith to their families and neighbors.

Evangelism training is taught in conferences setting, then the students go out to practice for a couple days. They invite new people to church events, and exchange contact information to maintain a relationship with people they reach. When our American ministers are available, we can accompany new ministers into the field.

What We do - Evangelism Training 1

We teach the locals:
- How to initiate a talk about Christ.
- How to focus on the hope we have in Christ and present Christ in a non-threatening manner.
- Which Bible verses share the Gospel.
- How to overcome objections taught by local religions.

Veritas Ministries makes sure the work of spreading the Gospel continues long after our team leaves; it is the only effective way to reach more people.

What We do - Evangelism Training 2

Pastor Training

A cry of our heart is to educate pastors who otherwise would not have the opportunity to learn Theology. For pastors in parts of the world where Christianity is emerging or even illegal, they simply feel so compelled by what Christ has done for them that they want to start a church. Unfortunately, most of these pastors do not have the resources to gain the foundations of theology they need to effectively share the Gospel and accurate Word of God. Veritas Ministries holds conferences around the world, equipping hundreds of pastors through a desire to share the love of Christ.
